M02. Moodle 2.0.x server migration
Migration includes Moodle program files, data folder and MySQL
dbase.
Remark:
1. The existing Moodle server should be accessible from WWW for MySQL and data folder. If not, Moodle administration account should be passed to Mass Media for access of the existing Moodle server so that we can run individual backup of each course. The time will be much longer for course backups. Backup files will be stored temporarily at the storage media of Mass Media. After those backup files are transferred to the new server, they will be removed from the storage of Mass Media. Mass Media hereby promise not to use or store the backup files, in any media.
2. The backup files mentioned above will be uploaded and restored to the new Moodle server. For any backups that do not work due to the lacking of the appropriate plugins, Mass Media will be responsible to report the situations and seek the permission of installation from the client. No installations of additional plugins would be implemented without the approval from the client.
3. Any additional plugins to be installed will charged according to the price list here of this website.
